Acquiring Pandora will give SiriusXM™ the ability to reach a much broader audience with their service, mainly the fast-growing online portion of listeners. With Pandora's 70 million+ users, the decision to buy Pandora is sure to give SiriusXM™ opportunities they didn't have access to before. Even so, this course of action is seen as beneficial to both companies' futures, as their stocks are predicted to rise.
