Non Defective Equipment- All non defective equipment can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

  1. Must contact our offices within 30 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
  2. Must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our offices at 800-513-8554.
  3. Equipment must not be altered or tampered with in attempts to modify circuitry.
  4. The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut.Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
  5. All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.

Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 14 business days of receipt of equipment. Packages should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization on the outside of the box.

Defective Equipment - Any goods which prove to be defective within 30 days of delivery may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model. After 30 days all equipment warranty is only valid through the manufacturer only. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

  1. Contact our offices within 30 Days at 800-513-8554 for a return authorization number. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number on the shipping label.

  2. All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items.

  3. The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut.Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a freight charge for replacement shipment.

  4. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to Satellite Radio Superstore in like fashion. The order will be processed once we have received the defective equipment. Satellite Radio Superstore will pay shipping costs for replacement merchandise.

  5. Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of delivery.

Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a restocking charge. Any merchandise that arrives damaged requires special attention. In the event this occurs, please call immediately. If you have any questions, please call us toll free at 800-513-8554.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH THE MANUALS, INSTRUCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES IN ORDER TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. ANY EQUIPMENT NOT RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL UNALTERED BOXES WITH THE UPC BAR CODE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN.
